Nearly 40 years ago, Eddie Joe Williams and his wife, DeLona, chose Cabot as the place where they wanted to raise their four daughters. They were drawn to the same things that continue to bring families here today: strong schools, safe neighborhoods and a community where people genuinely care for one another.
 

Cabot didn’t simply become the place Eddie Joe lived - it became home.

Over the years, Eddie Joe has had the privilege of serving the community as a City Councilman, Mayor and Arkansas State Senator. Through every role, he has remained focused on practical leadership, responsible planning and finding real solutions to the challenges facing the people he serves.
 

His experience extends far beyond public office. Eddie Joe has spent a lifetime in hands-on management, bringing people together, solving problems and getting things done. He understands that as Cabot continues to grow, the decisions made today will shape the community our children and grandchildren inherit.
 

Eddie Joe is running for Mayor because he believes Cabot’s best days are still ahead - and because thoughtful growth, safer and more efficient transportation, strong public services and responsible leadership will be essential to reaching them.
